Who said that sunbathing will definitely bring you dry and wrinkled skin? You can also have a nice and healthy tanned skin, before you go, there are a few things to do:
1. The peak UV rays hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. That’s the best time to go sunbathe.
2.
Evaluate your skin tone and plan your
sunbathing hours accordingly. I normally can do 1 hour without getting burnt
since I am naturally quite tanned. But some people can get burnt in less than
30 minutes, so be careful!
3.
Apply sunscreen at least a half an hour
before going out in the sun as it takes 20-30 minutes for it to be absorbed by
the skin. See below for some of the good ones I tried before.
Laneige Sun Block Oil-Free SPF 35 PA++ with sun protection for sebum and pore control effect. Its oil-free formula gives matte touch without oily or shininess feeling. |
SOFINA Perfect UV White Protect SPF 50+ PA+++ is a light weight sunscreen that provides you a complete protection from the damages of sun exposure, without leaving a greasy film on the skin. |
